WEEK 1: Clarity

You will learn about what your reactions reveal about you. You will learn how your brain was wired to one of three predictable default pattern of processing based on your experiences. We begin to break down the 4 Steps by identifying where the thoughts are truly coming from. (hint, it’s rarely where you think).

You will also learn the 3 types of negative thoughts and how they impact you. By the end of session one, you can expect to feel less confused because you will have a better handle on WHY you think the way you do.

WEEK 2: Questions

In step 2 you learn how to evaluate the conversation in your head and be given the tools needed to shut down the chaos in your mind. You will learn and put into practice the foolproof method to control the thoughts that are robbing you of peace. We will begin to look inside and dig out the junk that is contaminating your life.

In this powerful step, you will learn how to ask the right questions to get you out of confusion and frustration. Get excited as the Spirit starts to move mightily in this step to bring healing and hope.

WEEK 3: Rethink

In step 3, how your past dictated how you think today and how to change it. You will also discover the 3 sources of thoughts and determine which source your thoughts are coming from. You will experience first hand my foolproof method to RETHINK your thoughts. We continue to dig deep into the truth behind your thoughts and apply the steps to overcome.

In this step you will begin to feel back in control as you experience exactly how the devil has been lying to you and how to overcome the lie that has held you back.

WEEK 4: Renew 

In step 4, I will help you to rewrite your story, one thought at a time. This step helps you to take complete control of your thoughts and stops the overwhelm in your mind. You will learn the truth about your thoughts and gain a better perspective, not through forced positive thinking, but through the revelation of truth.

Get ready for restoration as God moves in your heart. You will feel more empowered, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
